Richard is the driving force behind Patient Billing. He has worked within the medical billing industry for over 10-years and founded Patient Billing in 2018. During his career he has gained extensive knowledge of private healthcare and the major stakeholders – patients, insurance companies, embassies, hospital groups and clinicians. Richard ensures the company operates according to his strongest principle of putting each patient at the centre of everything, treating them with care and respect to make their journey easier. Richard is also a trustee of two patient-focused charities.

Rob is an accomplished leader whose career has been defined by a deep-rooted expertise in the UK private healthcare sector. A champion of innovation, he leads the execution of business strategy with a forward-thinking approach leveraging new technologies to deliver exceptional outcomes and holds the organisation to the highest standards of performance.
Head of Corporate Operations
Mayur started his career in healthcare revenue cycle management at a medical billing company in India, before moving to Ernst & Young as an auditor, where he developed expertise in financial controls and compliance. In 2019, he relocated to London and joined the Patient Billing team. He is committed to blending operational insight and financial precision with a patient-first approach ensuring finances support, rather than disrupt, the care experience.
Head of Facility Operations
Sean oversees and coordinates revenue cycle activities for Facility Operations, ensuring financial processes are accurate and efficient. With over 18 years in billing and credit control within private healthcare, he helps organisations maintain strong financial performance while delivering a positive experience for clients, patients and staff.
